1. Service and contracting parties
To be finalized: the service provider, eligible customers, scope of the service and how final terms will be accepted.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
To be finalized: agency account ownership, authorized team members, driver access, credential responsibilities and account information.
3. Acceptable use
To be finalized: permitted use, prohibited activity, misuse reporting and the process for addressing violations.
4. Trials, subscriptions and billing
To be finalized: trial conditions, plan availability, pricing, payment arrangements, renewal, cancellation and any refund policy.
5. Operational data and content
To be finalized: ownership of customer records, permission to process uploaded content, data exports and the relationship to the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability and support
To be finalized: service availability, maintenance, support channels, changes to features and any agreed service commitments.
7. Suspension and ending service
To be finalized: suspension grounds, account closure, access to records after closure and data retention.
8. Liability, disputes and governing law
To be finalized through legal review: applicable law, dispute procedures, warranties and any limitations of liability.
